Linking Social Accounts

What makes social marketing so successful is the ability to

make connections, and the ability to link different mediums

together.

So, linking your website and all these social platforms

together will increase your ability to humanize your brand. This is

where we start the integration process, and in the integration

process is where our brand transforms from a corporate identity

into a humanized identity.

But how can you link your accounts together? Well, I show

you how to do this with Facebook in great detail in my Facebook

Marketing guide.

Still, there are a couple of online tools which can help you

sync and link your social accounts together AND make your entire

brand consistency efforts easier.

What are these

tools?

One is

Postling.com.

Postling allows you

to stay organized, create

content, and most

important... connect with

your customers.

Other Blogs and Forums Creating a Company Blog

Once you have your company’s blog created and established

AND you have your social accounts created, then, it’s time to

participate on other blogs and forums.

Why do this? Well, you are doing two things: joining the

conversation AND establishing yourself as an authority within

your market.

When you guest blog or comment on another blog related to

your industry, then, you are

allowed to leave a link

back to your own website.

The same goes with forums. When you join and participate

in the conversation at forums related to your market... You are

able

to put your own link back to your website
within your signature area.

The more exposure you can get the better. And these are

social platforms in which you can engage your customer base!

But how do you find blogs and forums related to your niche?

Well, one simple way is to use Google.

Let’s say you’re in the dog training niche. Just do a search

for “dog forum” or “dog training blog” or something like that. You

will get a huge list of different dog blogs and forums.

All you have to do is engage those blogs and forums which

you find.

Using Multimedia Accounts Like Flickr & Youtube

I consider Youtube and Flickr to be multimedia platforms

even though they are social in nature.

Why? Well, because they deal in videos and images only.

Yet, they allow users to connect with each other on the videos

and images they like. Also, Youtube and Flickr have some viral

capabilities, and both can be very powerful platforms.

An example? Remember

SocialMedia.biz? They linked their

Flickr account to their website.
How about Skittles? If

you can recall... They linked

their Youtube account to

their website.

Not only that, but both allow the sharing of videos and

images. This allows your videos or images to take off virally.

Using A Linked In Account

Linked In is a social resume. It allows you to control your

professional identity online.

What happens if you go to Google and try to google

yourself? Would a mirage of John Doe’s pop up? Or would it be

the John Doe you are searching for?

With Linked In, when you search for your name on Google...

Most of the time you will get your Linked In account as one of the

first few listings. This is good. Why? Now you can control what

people see when they search for your name or your company's

name.

And it’s easy to create the

account. Simply go to

www.linkedin.com

and fill out the

sign-up form.

Then, edit all the required

information about yourself and your

business.

Just think of it as an

extension of your business card.

Its Sunday

Always give God some of your time. You can do that wherever you are. Talk to him daily. He answers all your prayers. Some people think you can only serve God at church but I was taught that that's not so. Don't get me wrong it's good to go to church but sometimes that's not possible. You can have church at your house. As long as you have God in your heart you have God.
